114學年度第2學期入學學生申請抵免學分作業事宜 114-2 semester Application Procedure for Credit Transfer, please read the instructions

一、申請時間：115年1月22日至2月25日。

二、適用對象：碩士、博士班新生及寒假轉學生。

三、學生申請程序：

(一)系統路徑：本校首頁/I-TOUCH/學業/選課資訊/抵免申請。

(二)線上申請及上傳原畢(肆)業歷年成績單、修業證明書及課程大綱，但原畢(肆)業為中原大學者，免上傳課程大綱。

四、審核作業事宜：

(一)系統路徑：本校首頁/I-TOUCH/教務處/課註組/抵免審核。

(二)審核時間：1月23日至2月25日學系初審、1月23日至3月5日課務與註冊組複審。

(三)如需異動審核權限，請逕洽課務與註冊組詹子青小姐(分機2026)。

 

五、檢附「抵免學分申請系統操作說明」及「中原大學辦理學生抵免學分審核要點」各1份。

III.Application procedure

A. Route on the system: CYCU homepage/I-TOUCH(log in)/Study/Course Selection information/Credit Transfer System.

B. Applications must be submitted online, and applicants are required to upload their academic transcripts, certificate of completion, and course syllabus from their previous school. Applicants from Chung Yuan Christian University do not need to upload a course syllabus.

IV.Examination information for each department

            A. Route: CYCU homepage/I-TOUCH (log in)/Office of Academic Affairs/Curriculum & Registration division/Credit Transfer Examination.

B. Review Period: Department review (Jan. 23–Feb. 25); Curriculum and Registration Division review (Jan. 23–March 5).

C. Please contact the Curriculum & Registration division, Miss Chan (#2026), if you need to change the permissions for the examination.
