*114學年度第1學期研究生學位考試相關資料114-1 semester - Graduate Degree Examination Information

一、學位考試相關日期如下：

    (一)學位考試申請：

        1、博士學位自即日起至115年1月31日止。

        2、碩士學位自114年10月20日至11月14日止。

    (二)學位考試截止日：115年1月31日。

二、申請路徑：本校首頁/I-TOUCH/登入itouch（輸入帳號、密碼）/進修/升學留學/學位考試申請。

三、指導教授應落實學位論文品質管控，學位論文不應偏離系所專業領域。研究生須經所屬學系（所、學位學程）審查委員會通過學位論文之專業符合審查，且須檢附本校張靜愚紀念圖書館論文比對系統之比對報告，經指導教授認可為合理範圍，方得提出學位考試申請。。

四、本校學位考試委員聘函採電子聘函，學生下載或列印後併同口試論文寄送或由指導教授於口試時致聘，另得以電子郵件寄送以作為委員入出校園證明。

五、學位考試委員應於審定書委員欄位簽名。

六、論文以公開利用為原則，延後公開者應於申請學位考試時檢附證明文件提出，學位考試時由考試委員審查，每次延後公開至多為5年，且須逐次申請，第2次起之申請送請原所有學位考試委員審查，因故無法審查者，應補送所屬學術領域學者專家審查。

七、本學期申請學位考試但未舉行者，應於115年1月31日前經指導教授及學系主任簽核後，提交撤銷學位考試申請書。

I. The Dates for Degree Examination：

     A. Degree Examination Application

         (1) PhD：From now to Jan. 31, 2026.

         (2) Mater：From Oct. 20 to Nov. 14, 2025.

     B. The deadline for the Degree Exam Application：Jan. 31st, 2026.

II. Inquiry: i-touch (Log into) –Advanced Study –Study abroad –Degree Exam Application。

III. Professors should fully implement the quality of the thesis, which could not be deviated from the professional field of the department (or institute or degree program). The primary draft thesis/dissertation has been approved by the review committee of the department (institute, degree program), which meets the requirements for the professional qualification, and submit the report of the thesis comparison system by CYCU Chang Ching Yu Memorial Library before applying degree examination. Then, Students are allowed to send their degree examination applications.

IV. The Oral Exam Committee Member Letter of Appointment has been changed to an electronic format, which can be downloaded or printed by students as needed to send it with the oral paper. Or the instructor provides the letter of engagement on the day of the oral exam. The letter of engagement could be regarded as the access pass on campus and sent by e-mail.

V. After completing the degree examination, all degree examination committee members should sign in the committee column of the Degree Approval Form.

VI. Degree theses, which shall in principle be made publicly available, supporting documents must be submitted at the time of application for the degree examination and reviewed by the examination committee during the examination. Each deferral, which may not exceed five (5) years, must be applied for separately, and applications from the second deferral onward shall be reviewed by all original members of the degree examination committee; if any of the original members are unable to conduct the review, the application shall be referred to scholars or experts in the relevant academic field for review.

VII. Those who have not taken the degree examination this semester should submit "The Degree Exam Withdrawal Application Form", which has been signed by both the advisor and the Department Chairperson, before Jan. 31st, 2026.
