114學年學士班新生學生證領取公告
一、對象：大學部新生、轉學生8/18(一)12:00前上傳照片及英文姓名者
二、時間：8/30(六)、8/31(日)上午10:00至下午5:00
三、地點：
(一)恩慈/良善/力行新生：宿舍1樓領取
(二)信實/熱誠新生：維澈大樓1樓聯合行政服務中心外電梯旁
(三)未申請住宿新生：維澈大樓1樓聯合行政服務中心外電梯旁
四、注意事項
(一)出示身份證、健保卡、駕照、護照或居留證領取。
(二)8/30(六)、8/31(日)搬宿日未領取者，請攜帶身份證件至維澈大樓1樓聯合行政服務中心領取。
(三)8/18(一)12:00後至9/1(一)16:00前上傳照片及英文姓名者，可於9/8(一)後上班時間內攜帶身份證件至維澈大樓1樓聯合行政服務中心領取，逾期申請者須於每周一16:00前完成申請，可於隔週領取。
五、檢附「114學年新生學生證領取公告」1份。
STUDENT ID CARD RECEIVING ANNOUNCEMENT
1.Freshmen upload a profile photo and English name before 12 pm on August 18th, 2025
2.Time: 8/30 (Sat)- 8/31 (Sun) 9 AM-4 PM
3.Place:
A.Student living in En Tzu, Lian Shan, and Li Hsing Hall :dormitory
B.Student living in Hsin Shih & Re Cheng Hall :Dickson Lee Hall 1F
C.Students who did not apply for dormitory :Dickson Lee Hall 1F
4.Please bring your identification as an ID card, passport or ARC.
5.Students did not receive cards on dormitory moving day, please receive them at Administration & Services Center (Dickson Lee Hall 1F).
6.Students upload their photo and English name from August 26 to September 1 by 4:00 PM may collect their cards at Administration & Services Center (Dickson Lee Hall 1F) during office hours after September 8. Late applicants may collect their items in the following week.
7.Student ID card receiving announcement is attached.

一、對象：研究所(碩士班、碩專班、博士班)新生
二、地點：各學系辦公室
三、注意事項
(一)出示身份證、健保卡、駕照、護照或居留證領取。
(二)8/18(一)12:00前上傳照片及英文姓名者，於開學日9/8(一)後攜帶身份證件至所屬各學系辦公室領取。
(三)8/18(一)12:00後至9/8(一)16:00前完成申請者，可於9/15(一)後上班時間內攜帶身份證件至所屬各學系辦公室領取，逾期申請者須於每周一16:00前完成申請，可於隔週領取。
四、檢附「114學年研究所新生學生證領取公告」1份。

2.Place: Department Offices
3.Please bring your identification as an ID card, passport or ARC.
4.Students upload photo and English name by 12:00 PM on Monday, August 18 may collect cards from department offices after school beginning day, September 8.
5.Students upload their photo and English name after 12:00 p.m. on August 18 until 4:00 p.m. on September 8 may collect their cards from their department offices during office hours after September 15. Late applicants may collect their items in the following week.
