一、申請時間：8月1日至9月10日。
二、適用對象：學士班及碩博士班新生、暑假轉學生。
三、申請程序：
(一)系統路徑：本校首頁/I-TOUCH/學業/選課資訊/抵免申請。
(二)線上抵免申請後，繳交檢核表、申請表及成績單正本至學系辦公室或郵寄至教務處課務與註冊組(以郵戳為憑)。
(三)修習本校新生先修課程、全國大學先修課程平台之先修生，送出申請後即可，無須檢附成績單。
(四)修習Ewant平台-SOS暑期線上學院之新生，檢附「修課結業證明影本」，親自繳交或郵寄至教務處課務與註冊組。
四、各學系審核作業事宜：
(一)審核時間：8月2日至9月26日。
(二)系統路徑：本校首頁/I-TOUCH/教務處/課註組/抵免審核。
(三)如需異動審核權限，請逕洽課務與註冊組詹子青小姐(分機2026)。
五、檢附「申請抵免學分系統操作說明」及「中原大學辦理學生抵免學分審核要點」各1份。

II.Applicants: Newly Undergraduate, Master’s/Ph.D. Students, as well as Summer Transfer Students
III.Application procedure
A. Route on the system: CYCU homepage/I-TOUCH(log in)/Study/Course Selection information/Credit Transfer System.
B. Submit the verification form, application form, and formal transcript to the department office or send the above documents to the Curriculum & Registration division after completing the online application. For those using mail delivery, please submit by February 16th, with a postmark as proof.
C. Students who finish studying “CYCU Summer Preparation Programs” or the “National University Advanced Placement Platform” can directly submit the applications without attaching the transcripts.
D. Freshmen students who finish studying “Ewant Platform: Summer Online School (SOS)” shall provide a copy of the certificate of completion and hand it in personally or send it to the Curriculum and Registration Division of the Academic Affairs Office after submitting the applications.
IV.Examination information for each department
A. Examination time: From August 2nd to September 26th, 2025.
B. Route: CYCU homepage/I-TOUCH(log in)/Office of Academic Affairs/Curriculum & Registration division/Credit Transfer Examination.
C. Please contact the Curriculum & Registration division, Miss Chan (#2026), if you need to change the permissions for the examination.
