第二屆 中原大學「職涯輔導心得競賽」

一起記錄我們在職涯道路上的成長heart


【競賽宗旨】

為鼓勵大專校院學生參與各項職涯輔導課程與活動，進行職涯探索、未來職涯規劃及職涯發展實踐。藉由此競賽分享參與職涯輔導活動紀錄與感想，進而活絡大專校院職涯輔導風氣，開拓學生多元職涯進路。

【參加資格】

一、凡公私立大專校院學生（含外籍生），在學期間參與校內或跨校之職涯輔導課程或活動者
。

二、圖文類限以「個人」報名；影音類可選擇「個人」或是「組隊」其中 一項參加，組隊報名
人數至多 5 人（含隊長），並派一名隊長為代表人。
 

三、個人或組隊報名，每類型皆限以一件作品參賽；影音類不可同時以「個人」及「組隊」參加。
 

四、依據競賽規範提交報名表及相關作品授權與同意書資料。

 

 【報名與徵件方式】

一、報名費用︰免費報名（即日起至114年5月21日）。
 

二、採線上報名及上傳參賽作品至中原大學職涯輔導中心設置之  CYCU 表單：https://reurl.cc/rEDpx1  完成報名審查。
 

三、完整報名應繳交的檔案：

（一）線上填寫報名表所需資料。

（二）參賽作品或作品連結。

（三）在學證明文件：學生證正反面或在學證明正本掃描檔（PDF 檔）。

（四）著作權及作品授權約定聲明（詳閱條款並勾選同意）。

（五）個人資料蒐集處理及利用聲明（詳閱條款並勾選同意）。

 

 【參賽主題內容規範】

一、影音類：作品主題須為參賽者於在學期間，參與大專校院所主辦的各類職涯輔導活動，並於 參與期間進行相關影音的題材蒐集或紀錄後進行創作。


二、圖文類：作品內容傳達參與職涯輔導課程或活動的經驗分享，以及對於自我職涯發展相關議 題（如：職涯探索、職涯規劃等）的心得反思回饋。

 【獎 項】

一、影音類： 

（一）特 優 1 名：致贈獎金新臺幣 8,000 元及獎狀乙紙 ；指導老師致贈感謝狀乙紙。
 
（二）優 勝 1 名：致贈獎金新臺幣 3,000 元及獎狀乙紙 ；指導老師致贈感謝狀乙紙。
（三）佳 作 4 名：致贈獎金新臺幣 1,000 元及獎狀乙紙。；指導老師致贈感謝狀乙紙。
 
 二、圖文類：
 
（一）特 優 1 名：致贈獎金新臺幣 8,000 元及獎狀乙紙；指導老師致贈感謝狀乙紙。

[Submission Deadline Extended] 2nd CYCU Career Counseling Reflection Contest — Now Open for Entries!
Share your career journey and win cash prizes! All students are welcome to participate and showcase their stories!

 

【Purpose of the Competition】
This competition aims to encourage university and college students to actively participate in various career counseling courses and activities, explore their career paths, plan for the future, and put their career development into action. By sharing records and reflections from these experiences, the competition seeks to foster a vibrant culture of career counseling on campuses and expand students’ diverse career pathways.

【Eligibility】

  1. All students enrolled in public or private universities and colleges (including international students) who have participated in on-campus or inter-school career counseling courses or activities during their studies.

  2. Submissions in the Text & Image category are limited to individuals only. Submissions in the Video category can be made either individually or as a team (up to 5 members, including the team leader).
  3. Each participant (individual or team) may submit only one entry per category. Entries in the video category cannot be submitted both individually and as a team.
  4. Participants must submit the application form and the necessary consent and authorization documents according to the competition rules.

【Registration & Submission】

  1. Registration fee: Free (open now until May 21, 2025).
  2. Register online and upload your submission via the CYCU Career Counseling Center form: https://reurl.cc/rEDpx1
  3. Required documents for complete registration:
    (1) Online registration form.
    (2) Submission file or link.
    (3) Proof of enrollment (scanned copy of both sides of student ID or an enrollment certificate in PDF).
    (4) Copyright and work authorization agreement (please read and check to agree).
    (5) Personal data collection and usage consent form (please read and check to agree).

【Submission Guidelines】

  1. Video category: The entry should showcase the participant’s experiences attending career counseling activities organized by universities, with video content collected or recorded during participation.
  2. Text & Image category: The entry should share experiences from attending career counseling courses or activities, along with reflections on related career development topics (e.g., career exploration, planning).

【Awards】

  • Video category:
    (1) Grand Prize (1 winner): NT$8,000 + certificate; mentor receives a thank-you certificate.
    (2) Excellence Award (1 winner): NT$3,000 + certificate; mentor receives a thank-you certificate.
    (3) Merit Award (4 winners): NT$1,000 + certificate; mentors receive thank-you certificates.
  • Text & Image category:
