【適性轉系】 112學年度適性轉系錄取公告【Adaptive transfer program】Academic Year 2023/24 – Announcement for the acceptance list of major change

一、錄取學生將自112年8月1日起為新轉入學系學生，本學期仍應依原學系規定完成相關課程。

二、核准公告後，不得放棄且請求轉回原系級；平轉學生，若111學年度第2學期休學或退學，學期數不足未符合轉系資格而轉系無效，無法轉至新學系。

三、錄取學生之修業年限、學費繳交、應修科目等規定均依本校相關辦法辦理。

四、錄取學生申請課程抵認，於112年9月11日前將「轉系學生課程抵認申請書」送至所屬學系審核；抵認申請書下載路徑：本校首頁/行政單位/教務處/課務與註冊組/適性轉系/學士班轉系/轉系學生課程抵認申請書。

I. Admitted students who have transferred to a new department starting from August 1st, 2023, are required to complete the course requirements of their original department for the currentsemester. (Spring semester, 2023)

II. After the announcement is approved, the applicants are not allowed to withdraw and request to transfer back to their original department. For students who transferred internally, if they have taken a leave of absence or dropped out during the second semester of the academic year 111, resulting in the insufficient number of semesters and not meeting the eligibility criteria for transferring. The transfer to the newdepartment will be deemed invalid.

III.The regulations regarding the duration of study, tuition payment, and required coursesfor admitted students should be handled in accordance with the relevant regulationsof CYCU.

IV.Transfer students from another department who have been admitted and want to apply for course recognition must submit the "Credit Transfer Application Form for Students Transferring to Other Departments" to their newly assigned department for review before September 11th, 2023.
