*111學年度第2學期研究生「學位考試進度通知」及「論文撰寫格式及離校注意事項」111-2 semester graduate student "Notice of Degree examination Schedule” and “Format of Thesis and Information of Departure Procedure"

 

一、學位考試相關日期如下：

       (一)學位考試申請：

               1、博士學位自即日起至112年7月31日止。

               2、碩士學位自112年3月27日至4月21日止。

        (二)學位考試截止日：112年7月31日。

二、申請路徑：本校首頁/在校學生/登入itouch(輸入帳號密碼)/進修/升學留學/學位考試申請。

三、指導教授應落實學位論文品質管控，學位論文不應偏離系所專業領域。研究生須經所屬學系(所、學位學程)審查委員會通過學位論文之專業符合審查，且須檢附本校張靜愚紀念圖書館論文比對系統之比對報告，經指導教授認可為合理範圍，方得提出學位考試申請。

四、自111學年度第2學期起學位考試委員聘函改採電子聘函，學生視需要下載或列印，得與口試論文併同寄送或口試時由指導教授致聘，且得以電子郵件傳送，作為委員入出校園證明。

五、論文以公開利用為原則，延後公開陳列者須填寫延後公開申請書，檢附證明文件送交課務與註冊組，申請書至本校首頁/圖書資源/論文提交/下載區下載。

六、本學期申請學位考試未舉行者，應於7月31日前經指導教授及學系主任簽核後，提交撤銷學位考試申請書。

七、有關「學位考試進度通知」及「論文撰寫格式及離校注意事項」可至本校首頁/行政單位/教務處/單位公告/行政公告下載。

 

 

I.  The Dates for Degree Examination：

     A. Degree Examination Application

        (1) PhD：From now to Jul. 31st, 2023.

        (2) Mater：From Mar. 27th to Apr. 21st.

    B. The deadline for Degree Exam Application：Jul. 31st, 2023.

II.  Inquiry: i-touch (Log into) –Advanced Study –Study abroad –Degree Exam Application.

III. Professors should fully implement quality of thesis, which could not be deviated from the professional field of the department (or institute or degree program). The primary draft thesis/dissertation has been approved by the review committee of the department (institute, degree program) which meets the requirements for the professional qualification and submit the report of thesis comparison system by CYCU Chang Ching Yu Memorial Library before applying degree examination. Then, Students are allowed to send their degree examination applications.

IV. From the 111-2 semester, the Oral Exam Committee Member Letter of Appointment has been changed to an electronic format, which can be downloaded or printed by students as needed to send it with the oral paper. Or the instructor provides the letter of engagement on the day of the oral exam. The letter of engagement could be regarded as the access pass on campus and sent by e-mail.

V.  The thesis/dissertation is based on the open to the public. Delaying release date of the thesis/dissertation to National Central Library is required. Please fill in "Application for Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation" and attach supporting documents to the Curriculum and Registration Division. Please download from the website https://cloud.ncl.edu.tw/cycu/.

VI.  Those who have not taken the degree examination this semester should submit "The Degree Exam Withdrawal Application Form" which has been signed by both the advisor and the Department Chairperson before Jul. 31st, 2023.

VII.  "Notice of Degree examination Schedule" and "Format of Thesis and Information of Departure Procedure" can be downloaded from CYCU –Administrative Unit –Academic Affairs Office –Curriculum and Registration Division –Announcement.
