111學年度第1學期畢業證書領取及數位學位證書核發作業，詳如附件1至4，請查照並轉知所屬學生。

一、畢業生離校手續請登入itouch/教務處/畢業資格審查查詢，或至本校首頁/快速連結/畢業生網站/畢業資格審查/資格審查情況，查閱離校審核狀況。

二、畢業證書領取作業相關資訊，請參閱附件1(學士班)、2(研究所)、3(數位學位證書核發與使用說明)、4(CYCU Issuance and Instructions for DCD)。畢業生無法親自到校領取者，得委託他人代為辦理，委託書如附件5。

三、本校於111學年度加入教育部「全國大專院校數位證書建置計畫」，本學年起畢業生完成離校，領取中文紙本證書七個工作日內，課註組EMAIL核發數位學位證書至畢業生EMAIL信箱，請學生務必確認信箱為正確有效位址。

四、112年1月19日至30日為年假期間，暫停受理畢業證書領取作業。

五、以上相關資料，請至本校畢業生網站或教務處網頁/單位公告/行政公告下載。

 

111-1 semester CYCU Graduation Certificate and Issuance for Digital Certificate of Degree, please refer to Attachment 1-4 and announce to students

A.Please log in to iTouch/Academic Affairs Office/Graduation Qualification Inquiry or go to CYCU/Quick link/Graduate website/"Graduation Qualification System" to check whether you complete the graduation qualifications.

B.For relevant information please refer to Attachments1、2、3、4. Graduates authorizing someone to receive the diploma on their behalf need to download the "Letter of Authorization" which is referred to in Attachment 5.

C.CYCU joined the Ministry of Education's "National Colleges and Universities Digital Certificate Construction Project" in 111 academic years. From the 2022-2023 Academic Year, the Curriculum & Registration Division will send the DCD to graduates’ email after receiving the hardcopy diploma within 7 working days. Students must be sure to provide an active personal e-mail account when revising their mailbox.

D.During the winter holiday from Jan. 19^th 〜Jan. 30^th 2023, the school will not accept school leaving procedures and issue graduation certificates.

E.For the above information, students can download it from the CYCU Graduate website or Academic Affairs Office/Curriculum and Registration Division/Announcement.
