*111學年度第1學期研究生「學位考試進度通知」及「論文撰寫格式及離校注意事項」111-1 semester graduate student "Notice of Degree examination Schedule” and “Format of Thesis and Information of Departure Procedure"

一、學位考試相關日期如下：

       (一)學位考試申請：

               1、博士學位自即日起至112年1月15日止。

               2、碩士學位自111年10月24日至11月18日止。

        (二)學位考試截止日：112年1月31日。

二、申請路徑：本校首頁/在校學生/登入itouch(輸入帳號密碼)/進修/升學留學/學位考試申請。

三、指導教授應落實學位論文品質管控，學位論文不應偏離系所專業領域。研究生提出學位考試申請前，須檢附本校張靜愚紀念圖書館提供的論文比對系統之比對報告，經指導教授認可為合理範圍；

另依據「中原大學博碩士學位論文之專業符合審查處理要點」，須經所屬學系(所、學位學程)審查委員會通過學位論文之專業符合審查，始可送出學位考試申請書。

四、論文以公開利用為原則，延後公開陳列，須填寫延後公開申請表單，並檢附證明文件，夾附於紙本論文；申請表單至本校首頁/圖書資源/論文提交/下載區下載。

五、有關「學位考試進度通知」及「論文撰寫格式及離校注意事項」可至本校首頁/行政單位/教務處/單位公告/行政公告下載。

 

I.The Dates for Degree Examination：

     A. Degree Examination Application

(1) PhD：From now to Jan. 15th, 2023.

(2) Mater：From Oct. 24th to Nov. 18th.

     B. The deadline for Degree Exam Application：Jan. 31th, 2023.

II.Inquiry: i-touch (Log into) –Advanced Study –Study abroad –Degree Exam Application。

III.Professors should fully implement quality of thesis, which could not be deviated from the professional field of the department (or institute or degree program).Postgraduates have to submit the report of thesis comparison system by CYCU Chang Ching Yu Memorial Library before applying degree examination.

According to "CYCU Guidelines for Reviewing Master’s or PhD Thesis", the primary draft thesis/dissertation has been approved by the review committee of the department (institute, degree program) which meets the requirements for the professional qualification. Then, Students are allowed to send their degree examination applications.

IV.The thesis/dissertation is based on the open to the public. Delaying release date of the thesis/dissertation to National Central Library is required.  Please fill in "Application for Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation" and attach supporting documents. Please download from the website https://cloud.ncl.edu.tw/cycu/.
